This page says what Thiệp Nhanh collects, why, how long it is kept, and what rights you have. The person responsible for the data is Nguyễn Ngọc Quân, who makes and runs the site. Contact: email contact@thiepnhanh.com, Zalo 0935986860, or the Contact page.
When you only view and download templates
No account is needed. The recipient’s name and the wish you type are sent to the server to draw the frame, PNG or MP4, and the file returns to your device. The site does not keep that text after drawing.
Like any website, Cloudflare’s servers (where the site runs) receive your IP address, browser type and the page address, to deliver the page, limit excessive requests and block attacks. If the owner turns on Cloudflare Web Analytics, it counts page views without cookies.
Accounts and saved cards
An account is optional and only used to save a /c/ link for a recipient. The site keeps your email and a hash of your password (never the password itself).
Each saved card keeps the name, wish, template, language and, if you set one, a hash of that link’s own password. A recipient can send a reply or a photo; it is attached to the card. Cards moved to trash are kept 7 days, then deleted.
Birthday pages
A /b/ birthday page holds the name, intro, wishes, photos, videos and voice notes sent by its creator and guests. Only people with the link can open it, and it is not offered to search engines.
Photos, video and voice are personal data. Only send them if they are yours or the people in them agreed; for children, a parent or guardian must agree. Content stays until the page creator or the site owner deletes it. To have it removed sooner, message Zalo with the page address.
Cookies and local storage
thiep_lang remembers your language. thiep_ck remembers that you closed the short cookie notice. thiep_cmp is set only when FUNDING_CHOICES_PUB is empty, and then it remembers the choice of visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland: version, time, country, and whether advertising is allowed. thiep_csrf protects forms against forgery. thiep_tk keeps you signed in. thiep_mo remembers password-protected links you opened. thiep_kh is a random visitor code that limits repeated reports. thiep_ql is only for the administrator. The browser storage key thiep_theme remembers light or dark mode.
All of these are first-party, needed for the site to work, and not used to track you across other sites.
Advertising
The site does not show ads today. There is no ad unit, no auto ads, and no AdSense display loader. If ads run later, this policy will be updated first.
In that case, third-party vendors, including Google, will use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site and other sites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you. See how Google uses data when you use partners’ sites at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
You can opt out of personalized advertising in My Ad Center, or opt out of many third-party vendors’ cookies at aboutads.info.
Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland (including Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway) are asked by the Google-certified CMP, Privacy & messaging (Funding Choices), because FUNDING_CHOICES_PUB is a real pub- id. For those countries the site loads only the script on fundingchoicesmessages.google.com and does not also show its own dialog. Visitors in Vietnam and everywhere else see the short cookie note, and the site does not load that script.
The site’s own dialog runs only when FUNDING_CHOICES_PUB is empty: necessary cookies stay on; advertising and measurement stay off until the person chooses Accept all, Reject optional, or Save choices. That choice is stored in the first-party cookie thiep_cmp. While the id is empty, no Google domain is contacted. That dialog is not itself a certified CMP. Whichever CMP is active, the site sets no advertising cookie and loads no ad tag when the person refuses or has not chosen yet.
Children
The site is for adults sending wishes. It does not knowingly collect data from children under 16. Photos or videos of children may only be posted with a parent’s or guardian’s consent. If you see content about a child posted without consent, press Report or message Zalo and it will be removed.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data: delete cards in My cards, or message Zalo 0935986860 to delete an account, a birthday page or a photo. Requests are handled within 30 days.
The site does not sell personal data and shares it with no one except its infrastructure provider Cloudflare, which processes it only to run the site.
Changes
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes too. Major changes (such as starting to show ads) will be stated on this page.
