Frequently asked questions

What people ask before they send a card.

Does the download cost anything?

No. Guests can preview a design, edit the name and the wish, and download a PNG or MP4 without paying and without an account.

How is an account different from browsing as a guest?

A guest downloads the file to their own device. An account saves a /c/… link you can send to the recipient. Preview and download stay open to everyone.

What is a short link?

If you leave the code blank when you save, the site makes a code of about 7 characters that is easy to read and avoids look-alike letters such as 0 and O.

What is a custom link?

You can type your own code with lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens, from 3 to 40 characters. It cannot match an existing page or someone else’s card.

What is a link password for?

If you set one, the recipient must enter it before they can read the wish or download the file. The preview image used when sharing is still the card, so they can see there is a gift.

What does the recipient see?

They open the link, see the name and wish you wrote, and can download a PNG or MP4. If the link has a password, they see the password field first.

How do I turn a live link off?

Open My cards and press Turn link off. That address then shows a short page with no wish. You can turn it back on later.

What mark is on a free file?

A free file prints the words Thiệp Nhanh on the paper: the preview, the PNG, the MP4, the recipient page, and the share image. A card marked paid has no such words on the recipient page, the share image, or the download. A guest download of a template always has the words, because there is no saved card to mark as paid yet.
